What's in a session?

Step 1 - Consultation and Appointment

Call, text or email me and give me a brief description of what you would like help with. I will email an Intake form to you. You fill out the form, return it and I'll look over it.

I'll contact you for a consultation over the phone and if we both feel you would benefit from a RTT session, we will schedule it. Consultations are absolutely free. And I can tell you how much it will cost. The cost includes the 90 minute session, personalized recording, and at least 3 followup calls over a 21 day period.


Step 2 - Have Your Session

If you prefer a session in person, I use a space in a business in Sumter, SC.  Or we can conduct your session over Zoom in the comfort of your own home.  RTT works just as well over Zoom as it does in person.  This is how I do national and international sessions as I did with Suzana Mihajlovic in Australia.

Step 3 - Personalized Recording

I will make a 15 minute personalized recording for you. Listen to it once a day for at least 21 days to reinforce the healing. You can also contact me during business hours if you are struggling with the issue and need support.


Step 4 - Followup calls

I will contact you in a few days and again one week after the session to see how you're doing. We can decide then if you need an updated recording or if there's anything I can help you with.

I'll contact you again 3 weeks after the session to check on your progress. We'll decide at that time if you need an additional session.

Also, during the 3 week period, you may contact me between follow up calls within regular business hours, if you feel you need further support.

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation where attention can be focused and suggestions by the hypnotist can be accepted or rejected. It is a technique used to help individuals manage psychological or emotional problems, change habits, or enhance the effectiveness of other treatments or will power.

Absolutely! You go through hypnosis when you sleep each night. When you are so engrossed in a book or movie that you become unaware of your surroundings, you're in a state of hypnosis. Have you driven home but were so deep in thought that you don't remember the drive? That was hypnosis. Day dreaming is a state of hypnosis. It is completely natural and safe.

No! This is nothing like "stage hypnosis." Hypnosis is not mind control. You retain control and can come out of the hypnotic state at any time.

No. You are fully awake. You still hear what's going on around you. If there's a scented candle burning near by, you still smell it. If you need to use the restroom, you can let me know and go to the restroom.

No. You can not get stuck in hypnosis. I've had Zoom sessions and lost the internet connection with clients. When they notice I haven't said something in a few minutes, they open their eyes and we get in touch with each other and continue right where we left off. I've also had clients ask if they can stop to use the restroom.

I cannot guarantee how successful your hypnosis session will be. Some people see immediate results. Some people see gradual results and for others it is retrospective. Unfortunately, some see no results. It mostly depends on the commitment of the client. Clients who are really ready to change and commit to listening to their 15 minute recording everyday for 21 days, get the best results.

Sit down and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and relax. Let all of your muscles relax and let go. That's pretty much what hypnosis feels like. It's getting your mind and body to relax. The more relaxed you get, the deeper into hypnosis you'll go. When I ask you to open your eyes at the end of the session, people often feel like they just woke up from a nap or deep sleep.

RTT is not "stage hypnosis" or mind control where I make you walk around and cluck like a chicken. RTT uses a light state of hypnosis to help people resolve issues.
